I’ve been taking pictures since I was old enough to say camera. For the longest time my philosophy has been “if you wouldn’t want to frame it and hang on the wall for all to see, then it’s not a great picture." With this in mind, I try to achieve that level with each picture I take. Although I’m capable of several different types of photography, my favorites are wedding and sports photography. With these there is the challenge of timing, of capturing a moment in time that will now last forever. Wedding photography is all about capturing the moments that mean so much to the bride and groom, their family, and friends. When I shoot a wedding it’s all about sensitivity to human emotions and interactions, good intuition to what really matters to the couple, and having a good perception of what makes a great photo. My objective is to create tasteful images filled with emotion – images to cherish a lifetime. - Danny Mills
